Team building RESCUING—mountain rescue lessons. We invite you to exciting corporate trainings of an outdoors type, with an emphasis on outdoor activities. The trainings are targeting closer to acquaintance of the skills the mountain rescuers practice on a regular basis, as well as techniques used in mountain rescuing. Before the training starts, the participants are divided into rescue groups. As part of such a team, during the training, its members must show an ability to team work and communication to reach the main target. The goal-MAIN TARGET-of “the rescuers” {that’s our participants) is finding of a missing person – accessing that person, and provide first medical assistance. Training duration, including transfer time is 3-5 hours. Town game Town game is a game, when the participants haw to reach a certain goal in close cooperation. Due to a very flexible scenario structure any amount of players may participate, no matter what their age or interests are. That is a very attractive part of corporate meetings, as well as a new way of town exploration. The goal of the players is to accomplish the mission assigned- reach on time to the robbers’ treasure. The game conclusion, depending on the customer’s liking, might be in the hotel, or in the regional inn. The game durance to be negotiated-min 2 hours. BICYCLE TRIP TO THE CHOCHOLOW VALLEY + theme workshop At the car park in the valley inlet the players will meet the mountain guides, who will assist in bicycle selection and will split the group into smaller teams, depending on their physical condition, and player’s individual abilities. During the brakes for rest the guide will tell interesting information about the mountains, as well as about safe mountain walks. In the hostel small regional refreshments would wait for the participants. As an additional attraction in the hostel could be organized a theme workshop, or could be arranged a meeting with famous highlanders / i.e. Krzysztof Wielicki/. Training durance depends on the chosen option 3-6 h. KOSCIELISKO VALLEY AND PASSING THE MYLNA CAVE OR KRAKOW GORGE Koscielisko valley guided walk or carriage ride to Pisana hall. After arrival, walk to the cave inlet. The cave is not complicated for visiting, but light is required, as well as instructors to assist in visiting it. The hallways are tight in places, you got to bend or walk in a comfortless position. You may get puddles in places. As an option in we can offer a passage through the Krakow Gorge in the Koscielisko Valley. It is another unique place in the area. The gorge is deeply embedded in the limestone rock; its bottom is full of rocks and makes an unforgettable impression on anyone. On the distance about 100 meters on the left-hand side is located a metal ladder, using which you have to climb up a nearly vertical rock, in which the cave entrance is located- Smocza Jama (small cave tunnel). Via that tunnel you return to the Polana Pisana (using chains and holdfasts you can bypass the Smocza Jama). Duration including the walk is 4-5 h., when riding one way on horse carriages 3 h. BATTLE OF THE JANOSIK MOUNTAINEER’S AXE AND MARYNA’S BEAD NECLACE These are outdoor activities. These are outdoor activities, during which participants can better get know each other, integrate, learn the basics of group behavior and group action, achieve common target. The activity, due to its form causes that the group becomes a team, and strangers become close friends. The goals of the robber’s clans / the players are divided into clans before the start of the activity/are attainment of the treasure of Janosik. To do so the participants during the activity have to collect “dutki”-money as many as possible. For every mission accomplished the team receives bills of different nominal value, handed over by a” robber “. The group which has received the biggest amount of money during the competition becomes the winner. Good team work organization a communication enable achieving better results, because there would be set a certain timeframe for every mission accomplishment. Duration depends on the location, and amount of missions 3-4 h., or 4,5-6 h. Thematic nights SLEIGH PARTY WITH TORCHES/CARRIDGE RIDE Participants by buses are transported to the Koscielisko village, where horse carriages, or sledges, by which participants are transported to the Chocholow valley, are waiting. That is one of the most beautiful regions of the Podtatrze, with an extraordinary panoramic view on the Tatra Mountains. Surrounded by spruces and silence, disturbed only by hoof clatter and sleigh bells. The road is lit by torches. In every sleigh we will place we will place a little gift, so during the journey dear guests would stay warm and in a good mood. The goal of the trip is the Old Foresters’ Lodge in the Chocholow Valley, where a campfire would be burning. You can warm up by it, or grill on it some sausages and taste some regional mulled wine. HIGHLANDERS SPASY Or highlander’s tradition and folklore show During the night the participants have an occasion not only to taste the delicious food and drinks, but to see how the traditional regional entertainment looks like! The Highlanders Spasy is a fusion of a dance show and highlander’s traditions with contests, i.e. throwing of a horseshoe to the target. Recognizing the drinks being blindfolded. Ets. Ets. In addition dancing lesson: by the end of the night every lady will be able to dance “on 3”, and every man will know, what is it –“robber’s” Spasy- 1-Disco night nightclub 70ties. Crazy afro on your head, bell trousers and shiny shirts. Hits that will immediately move you in time to the colorful nightclub dance floor. Let’s together get back to the times when the dance floor was ruled by John Travolta, and Boney M, and Bee Gees leaded on the stage. Ladies are dressed in colorful valances, short miniskirts, and bell trousers. On the heads, obviously, upholstered hairdos, and glitter of the gel. A DJ will take care of that unforgettable, disco dance fever until dawn! THE 20-ties, THE 30-ties That is the program, where the charm, the magic and style will bring us back in time into the mid-war times. Before you enter the room, the hostesses will treat you by a welcome drink, and invite you to a cabaret-review show styled the early 1920-ties way. The participants will be transferred into the atmosphere of the prohibition period gangster wars, dirty dancing, performed only in Moulin Rouge, and ragtime, taken directly from the American musicals. Duration of the program- Apr. 40 min. The program is separated into shorter blocks. During the breaks, required for costumes change, are arranged vocal performances. After the show there is a disco party until dawn! MAMA MIA! Mamma mia is the hot atmosphere of the 80. The participants would be welcomed by the Abba rhythms. The songs of the band make dance several generations. Couples on the dance floor will present a chorographical layout, and everyone else will learn it together! In addition on the screen will be demonstrated portions of the musical beloved by the audience – Mamma Mia with Meryl Streep in the main role! In addition the program contains bartender show, results of which could be consumed! EXTREME ATRACTIONS RAFTINGS The rafting takes place on the Dunajec River –the only Polish mountain river allowed for commercial use. When rafting, everyone can accept the mountain river challenge drafting through the rapids and avoiding the rocks, sticking out of the water. Under the instructors supervision you can have a truly manly adventure. Duration, including transfer- 5 h. OFF ROAD RALLY We offer you an unforgettable adventure ‘We offer you an unforgettable adventure- off the road rally, during which participants will be driving SUV-s on their own, under instructor’s supervision. This entertainment is very spontaneous; require smartness, skills, and logic in actions. The rally impressions for sure will stay in your memory for a long time. The route of the rally is not to sophisticated, but complex enough to enable every participant at least partially use the possibilities of the SUV-s. CLIMBING THE MNICH Mnich is a legendary mountain of the mountaineers. Mnich is a legendary mountain of the mountaineers, available for those, willing to have some mountain adventure with some adrenaline added –to reach the peak, seemingly unreachable by a human. Climbing is possible only with the special mountaineer equipment under supervision of the experienced mountain guides. The route to the peak starts in the west (in the beautiful valley behind the Mnich Mountain) is called the “flagstone route”. One guide can lead 2-3 persons max. Duration of the trip, including transfer from and to Zakopane is about 7 hours. Excursions KASPROWY WIERCH The holy mountain of the skiers in winter, in summer delivers a unique occasion for every tourist to make a trip to that popular peak. The peak altitude is 1987 m., Kasprowy Wierch is the most attended peak in the Tatra Mountains. We offer you a cable car ride to the peak, that way you will appear in the heathland of the mountains in the a alpine scenery. Then, under the guide supervision, you will have a short walk along the rim, and then ride downhill to Kuznice. Time, required for the trip is about 2 h. STRAZYSKA VALLEY “Land of silence and dreams, and yet so beautiful”-so it was described by Josef Ignacy Kraszewski. Strazyska is a valley in the western Tatra Mountains and is located between Ku Dziurze Valley, and Za Bramka valley. The valley itself leads to the base of the main Giewont peak. In the bottom of the valley Strazyski stream is flowing. In the top part of the valley there is a small Strazyska glade, where two sheds and a buffet are are located. Strazyska valley is a very popular destination among the tourists because of its’ natural attraction. The time required for the trip – 3.5 h. MORSKIE OKO That is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes, and the most attended place in the Tatra Mountains. The fame of the Morskie Oko lasts for 150 years. “It’s said that being in the Tatra Mountains, and not visiting the Morskie Oko, is like being in Rome, and not seeing the Pope. Because it obtained such a huge fame, that plenty of tourists are heading to zakopane just to see the Morskie Oko.” – In has written Walery Elijasz in 1873. Over the Morskie Oko in 1874 the first chalet had arisen. The colorful autumn with splendid scenery for taking shots, severe and snowy winter, powerful and dangerous avalanches seen in spring from the porch windows – these are not the only attractions awaiting the hostel visitors. During the walk visiting places of extreme interest /Peksowy Brzyzek, Oksza villa/. Taking a train ride to the peak of Gubalowka, this arises 300 m. over Zakopane. From the top of the hill you get a splendid view on the Tatra Mountains, as well as on the Podhale, and the peaks of the high Beskids Mountains, and the Gorce mountains. To the west of the peak, on the Butorow hill is located the top station of the cable line “Butorow Wierch”. A ride down to Zakopane and a bus ride to the hotel. Trip duration ap. 4 h. BIELSKA CAVE This is the only cave in the high Tatra Mountains, available for the tourists; The tourist route is 1370 m long –the trip takes about 70 minutes. On your way you can admire flowstone waterfalls, and stalagmites, lakes and other forms of the cave decoration. One of the stops during the trip is Spiewalnia, named so because of the sounds of the water drops falling on the lake surface. HALA GASIENICOWA All day trip nearby Zakopane, high in the mountains, in the places, that are magical for generations of tourists, mountaineers, and skiers. The route runs through Boczan, where you get first views, brings us to the Skupinow Uplaz –a rim between Jaworzynka valley and Olczycka valley. From this place you get broad and beautiful sights. Descent to “Murowaniec” hostel. If the weather is nice there are no complications on the route. You can reach the hall taking a funicular to Kasprowy Wierch, and walking down to the hostel. The walk takes 6 h., combined with the funicular 4.5 h. HALA KONDRATOWA It is a starting point of numerous tourist routes for ages. It is a starting point of numerous tourist routes for ages: to the Giewont, to the Czerwone Wierchy, to the Puste, to the far valleys of the western Tatra mountains… This is the place where the Polish skiing made its’ first steps. That is one more reason, why the Hala Kondratowa is bellowed by every Tatra Mountains fan - for a local, who remembers it since childhood, and for a newcomer from the valleys. ‘ ‘
