- * Requests for assignment of a specific room (of the same category, e.g. specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) are met as availability allows. Guest requests for room preferences can only be fulfilled when it is possible organizationally and when the current occupancy of the hotel allows it. We reserve the right not to assign a specific room or to not fulfill a request regarding the choice of a specific room.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. There is an additional fee of 80 PLN/night for the stay of pets. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and the hotel restaurant. The prohibition does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room where the pet stays is damaged, an amount of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
