Since 2016, we have had an annually renewed certification for GLUTEN-FREE MENU as the only one in Zakopane. Upon request, we serve dishes in gluten-free version.

* Requests for allocation of a specific room (of the same category, e.g. specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) are fulfilled as available. Guests' room preferences can only be met if it is possible from an organizational standpoint and allows for the current occupancy of the hotel. We reserve the right not to allocate a specific room or to refuse a request regarding the selection of a specific room.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. An additional fee of 80 PLN/day applies for pet stays. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and hotel restaurant. This restriction does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room where the pet is staying becomes soiled or damaged, an additional charge of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
Unavailability of selected attractions or amenities on the hotel premises does not reduce the value of the stay.
