* Requests for assigning a specific room (of the same category, e.g., a specific room number, a room with a view, a balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) can be accommodated as far as possible according to availability. Guests' requests regarding room preferences can only be fulfilled when it is possible organizationally and allowed by the current occupancy of the hotel. We reserve the right not to assign a specific room or not to fulfill the request regarding the choice of a specific room.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and we accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner’s room. There is an additional charge of 80 PLN/day for animal stays. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and hotel restaurant. The ban does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room where the pet is staying gets dirty or damaged, an amount of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
Unavailability of selected attractions or facilities located on the Hotel premises does not reduce the value of the stay.
