We are located:

- 12 minutes from Krupówki Street
- 10 minutes from Wielka Krokiew
- 25 minutes from Kuźnice and the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch as well as hiking trails offering many opportunities to spend free time
- 28 minutes from Gubałówka Hill
* Requests for assigning a specific room (of the same category, e.g., a specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) are subject to availability. Guest room preferences can only be fulfilled if it is organisationally possible and allowed by the current hotel occupancy. We reserve the right not to assign a specific room or to not fulfill a request related to the choice of a specific room.
We are pet-friendly and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. There is an additional fee of 80 PLN/night for pets. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and the hotel restaurant. This prohibition does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room, where a pet stays, is soiled or damaged, a fee of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
The lack of availability of selected attractions or amenities located on the hotel premises does not reduce the value of the stay.
