* Requests for specific room allocations (of the same category, e.g. specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) will be fulfilled as available. Guest wishes regarding room preferences will only be met if it is feasible in terms of organization and the current hotel occupancy allows it. We reserve the right not to allocate a specific room or fulfill requests related to the choice of a specific room.

We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept dogs and cats staying with their owner in the room. An additional fee of 80 PLN/day per pet applies. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and hotel restaurant. The ban does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room where the pet stays is damaged, a fee of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
