* Requests for a specific room (of the same category, e.g., a specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) are fulfilled based on availability. Room preferences can be met only if it is possible from an organizational standpoint and current hotel occupancy permits. We reserve the right not to assign a specific room or not to fulfill a request related to room choice.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. An additional fee of 80 PLN per day applies for pet stays. Pets may not stay in the Recreation Center, SPA area, or hotel restaurant. The ban does not apply to guide dogs. If bedding in a pet-occupied room is damaged, an amount of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
